At Zavéa Jewellery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.


1. Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.


2. How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions.


3. Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service
• The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to us
• Any customs duties or import fees incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Any original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order through our webshop.


6. International Orders (UK, USA, Canada, EU)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
